Manta Holdings is a private company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, working alongside OEMs and licensed originators across South America, Southeast Asia and East Africa.
We underwrite at the intersection of four disciplines rarely found together: structured finance, risk management, bioeconomics and marine science. Continuous IoT telemetry from farm infrastructure and satellite imagery analytics give us a live view of the assets we finance and the production behind them.
That combination lets us price risk others cannot see — and open markets others cannot reach.

PhD in aquaculture; past President of the World Aquaculture Society, former Secretary of Fisheries and Aquaculture of Tamaulipas and former head of Mexico’s National Commission of Aquaculture and Fisheries (CONAPESCA). Three decades across production, policy and market development in Latin America, the Gulf and Asia.
